Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Paanoo website and our Kente pattern generation tool. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

Paanoo provides an e-commerce platform and a proprietary digital tool that allows users to generate custom Kente-style patterns for apparel. These Terms govern your access to the Site and the purchase of any products.

2. Proprietary Design Tool & Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership of the Tool

All rights, titles, and interests in the Kente pattern generation software, including its algorithms, base design elements, and coding, remain the exclusive property of Paanoo LLC.

2.2 Cultural Representation Disclaimer

Our patterns are digitally generated artistic interpretations inspired by traditional Kente weaving. These designs may not carry the specific historical or ceremonial meanings associated with authentic, hand-woven Kente cloth.

3. Orders and Customization

Final Approval: You are responsible for reviewing your generated design before submitting your order. The "preview" shown in the product listing it the final approved proof.

Technical Variations: We utilize high-quality digital printing. However, colors on physical fabric may vary slightly from what is displayed on a backlit digital screen. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Production Times: Each garment is printed on-demand. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.
Shipping Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates and do not include the production phase.
International Shipping: Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by their country.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Custom Generated Items: All sales are final for products featuring custom-generated Kente patterns. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.

5.2 Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing error, please contact us at returns@paanoo.com within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paanoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Tennessee.
